On Friday July 1st ArcelorMittal announced the acquisition of our long term partner and distributor of Superplast® steels in France, formerly the tool steel division of Thyssenkrupp Materials France, that will now operate under the name of ArcelorMittal OMMIS. We are glad to see this acquisition that will help us to strengthen the visibility of our Superplast® brand and our network of distribution partners.
